Priority Mail:
I offer Priority Mail with and without insurance. Priority Mail is tracked and offers $50 worth of insurance.
Please understand, if you choose to ship your package without insurance, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I will gladly provide the tracking number to you and you can pursue it with the Post Office.
$1-$150 will be shipped in a small flat rate box. Over $150 will be shipped in a medium flat rate box. If I can safely package larger orders in the small flat rate box, I will do that and refund you the difference.

Many CBS logo jewelry designs are made when ordered, please allow 2-3 weeks for the jewelry to be made and shipped. If you need faster, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

RETURNS
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for up to 14 days for a full refund. Your 14 days will start counting after your order has been shipped plus a few days for delivery.
I stand behind the quality of all of my designs. If you should have a problem with any purchase, I will refund your money or exchange your piece in the first 14 days.
After that, I will gladly repair your piece and reimburse your shipping cost for up to 6 months.
If it has been longer than that, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to work with you on a solution.
